Culinary Staffing of America has opportunities for a state-wide staffing recruiter to join our team.
This is a FT position
There is an opportunity to advance to the position of California Recruitment Manager.
Responsibilities
Builds applicant sources by publishing job ads using a variety of tools including job boards, social media, community services, colleges, job fairs, etc.
Actively searches for applicants that meet our criteria by using networking tools available and building on these sources for maximum results.
Able to use our applicant onboarding system for a smooth transition from applicant to employee.
Qualifications
Bilingual: English/Spanish
Knowledge of labor and employment laws
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
