Job Title:Project Manager

Department:Administration

Reports To:Vice President of Growth & Development

Classification:Full-time, Exempt

Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the Vice President of Growth & Development to ensure successful achievement of identified initiatives. This individual will develop and lead or assist with projects with competing priorities and timelines related to new programs and campus locations. The Project Manager will also be responsible for communicating routine project status updates including identifying and managing project risks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain multiple projects simultaneously in online project management software and facilitate the use of the software to maintain and monitor progress of projects

Manages the day-to-day operational aspects of projects to ensure the objective is completed within the desired timeline

Identify developing problems or challenges in reaching milestones and deliverables; recommend improvement opportunities

Assist with research for growth and development; help define tasks and required resources

Use data analysis from projects to identify trends and develop new strategies to manage projects more efficiently

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience - Bachelor's Degree required; 3 years of administrative and project experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with managing complex projects in a fast pace environment.

Language Skills - Strong written and oral communication skills with all levels of management; excellent organization and documentation skills with excellent exceptional attention to detail; ability to read, analyze and interpret project data

Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have 1) proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; and 2) experience with a project management tool such as Teamwork
