Operations Transformation LeadThe Operations Transformation Lead will provide business leadership for all transformation efforts within Lending and Deposit Operations. Responsibilities include oversight of existing remediation work, identification of existing processes that can be simplified, as well as managing operational readiness as it relates to the role out of changes to roles, responsibilities, process design, and control frameworks.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Assesses the current state operating model and develops a plan to standardize and centralize processes that will create scalability and enhance the current control environment.

Partners with technology to deliver modern tools and platforms that will enable the business to achieve its strategic goals.

Responsible for overall coordination, management, and tracking of the operational readiness elements of process and technology implementation as it relates to transformation.

Identifies, documents, tracks, and resolves issues within operations.

Creates a data driven management culture by partnering with our technology and reporting teams to ensure operations management have the tools needed to make data driven decisions.

10+ years of banking operations experience

7+ years of deposit operations experience with strong background in regulatory requirements impacting deposits.

Strong ability to translate business needs into technical and data requirements within deposit operations.

Ability to effectively lead and influence operational teams through large scale transformative changes.

Experience leading small scale transformation projects.
