PATH-certified horseback riding instructor/trainer

Seeking a PATH-certified Instructor with experience in running a small lesson program, working primarily with children. The ideal candidate should be able to ride up to second level dressage, and ability to incorporate natural horsemanship in handling horses. Looking for a detail-oriented, punctual person who can keep riders safe, engaged, and progressing. This person will be passionate about their career and someone who is invested in staying in the immediate area, who wants to build a business, put the hard work in to have a business model they are proud to work with. The candidate will understand the horse business and not be afraid to roll up their sleeve and get the work done. This position has great growth potential.
