Ventura Investment Co. is seeking full-time, experienced Maintenance Technicians to join its team to perform multi-trade maintenance in upscale residential and commercial properties, primarily in Ventura County.
Experience in multiple trades (plumbing, painting, electrical, some HVAC, etc.) and a positive, professional attitude are required, as well as reliable transportation and basic tools. Auto allowance/mileage reimbursement is paid, and company vehicles are provided for certain jobs and locations.
