Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth for our business. We will also provide some hot leads and existing accounts to help you jump start your earnings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to present our products and services. We guide you on how to obtain the most reliable customer lists during the Orientation period (first week and more if needed).
- Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation activities and by contacting existing customers from the company database.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives by practicing Team efforts when needed.
- Utilize sales management tools to track progress and report on key metrics
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques including cold calling and lead generation
- Ability to conduct product demos and explain business to customers.
- Open to learn about our products and industry from the Management to increase revenue and income.

Education & Experience:
Ability to read, write and speak English language. Spanish is a plus but not required.
Not afraid to pick up the phone and make several calls every day.
Knowledge to operate Computer and ERP systems including Office applications
Ability to Commute:
Ventura, California (Required). Not a remote position.
