Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Responsibilities:

Utilize Odoo CRM or similar CRM application for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives to expand the customer base.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Skills:
Strong account management skills with the ability to foster long-term client relationships.
Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in managing sales teams effectively.
Proven record of meeting and beating monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Excellent negotiation skills, capable of closing deals that benefit both the company and clients.
Proficiency in Odoo CRM and or similar CRM tools for managing sales processes.
Demonstrated ability in business development, identifying new opportunities for growth.
Exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
Experience in sales and marketing is highly desirable, along with an understanding of market dynamics.
