We are a busy Automotive Dealership in Oxnard. We are in need of a Service Advisor who can sell service and repair work. We are a hard working, fast paced team that is looking for someone who is outgoing, detail oriented, can multi-task and have great customer service.
Duties include: Answering phones, texting/emailing customers, scheduling appointments, interacting with customers, presenting recommended repairs, tracking all repairs in progress and order parts when necessary.
