Hi- we are a small family owned Ventura Based Construction Business.
We recently moved into our new building, and I need a lot of help setting up the office and making it organized and functional. Right now it is a mess. I need help creating an actual filing system and filing lots of receipts and other business documents. This is part time & flexible hrs. I need to be able to give basic tasks, like ‘organize these office supplies’, and not be there helping you to complete it. I will only be in the office part-time, so you will be on your own often. Listen to music, podcasts, or whatever. Be able to self-start and find creative solutions on your own. This project is temporary, most likely a few months or so- but if you want to help me out with the office for a few hours here and there on a continuing basis, that is great!

Assisting me in setting-up a functional office/ workspace.
Lots of filing. This includes physical files & online files.
Organizing office supplies, setting up first aid kits, organizing office files.
Setting up social media accounts for the company- including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Profile etcetera.
If you are able to work on our website (which is sitting in template form on word press) that would be excellent!
Creating lists of open tasks, such as Open Building Permits.
Scheduling things, and putting them on the Outlook Calendar.
Ordering employee logo shirts.
Purchasing office supplies as needed.
Errands- we pay for gas.
Self manage! Be able to work on your own- without me in the office- I really come and go.
Literal (light) cleaning. Its an industrial office.
