Position Overview:
As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to the project management team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys engaging with people. Willing to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct clients, visitors and vendors with a friendly and professional attitude.
Answer and manage incoming calls and emails in a timely manner.
Schedule and confirm appointments for team members and clients.
Assist with data entry, filing and maintaining office records.
Support the project management team with administrative tasks.
Provide general office support as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Knowledge of Word, Excel and QuickBooks preferred.
A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Experience in the construction or remodeling industry is a plus, but not required.
