NTT Equipment Repair & Fabrication, Inc. is looking for an Office/Shop Manager.
This is an onsite position only at our heavy equipment repair shop.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Set up new jobs that come in.
Find and order parts for jobs.
Receive parts into inventory and post to appropriate jobs.
Create customer estimates and invoices.
Provide assistance to owner, mechanics, and shop help.
Enter and pay accounts payable bills.
Bookkeeping duties such as bank and credit card reconciliation.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Must have experience in QuickBooks. Must have great attention to detail.
