Our consumer products company is looking for an Office Manager to process orders in Quickbooks, oversee inventory management, calculate commissions for Sales People, interact with Quality Control, manage shipping staff, pay invoices, track and manage receivables, run reports and communicate daily with management.
You are detail oriented, a self starter, proactive, able to show initiative to take care of the office, a great communicator, friendly, and willing to take ownership of the office.
Qualifications:
1. College required, at least a 2 year degree but 4 year is preferred
2. Minimum of 5 years of Quickbooks experience
3. Proficient in Excel or Numbers
4. 10 years of business experience, preferably in manufacturing
5. Management experience
