We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Camarillo. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to clients
Perform data entry and maintain records using Microsoft Excel
Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing and organizing documents
Update and manage our company’s social media page
Provide support to the office team as needed
Requirements:
Previous office/administrative experience
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Schedule:
Part-time or full-time options available
Monday–Friday
