Summary of position:
Day to day interaction with clients – field calls, document issues, route issue to the right person
Set up of new client profiles and maintain current client database
Assist in the onboarding process of all new clients and contacts
Keep Constant Contact database current with all client updates and changes
Create, coordinate and send email blasts to clients as needed
Coordinate with various departments to communicate any client needs or challenges
Assist sales with marketing material assembly as needed for presentations and trade shows
Coordinate client annual holiday cards, gifts and assist sales with needed items
These are the qualifications we look for in an ideal candidate:
Strong phone and communication skills
Accurate data entry skills are a MUST
Detail-oriented and organized
Must have a positive and professional demeanor
Must have proficient experience with Excel and Word - Acrobat and PowerPoint knowledge is helpful
Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks
Must be flexible with day to day changes in work flow directions as needed
