Cal Termite and Pest Control is a fast growing family owned business. We are currently in need of an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with answering phones and responding to emails, gathering detailed information, and scheduling/confirming appointments
Input data into CRM and Pest Control software systems
Assist with maintaining/updating/organizing electronic and paper files to insure all required paperwork has been collected for each job.
Assist with invoicing and collections
Assist with employee scheduling and support
Collaboratively work with subcontractors
Explain and sell services over the phone
Manage and maintain general office equipment. Conduct inventory, place orders and stock general office supplies.
Help maintain a clean and orderly office/shop environment
Provide support to Owner, Office Manager, and Administrative colleagues regularly as needed.
Attend to other duties as assigned or directed by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma and at least 1 year of office experience preferred. Experience in the Termite & Pest Control Industry highly desired.
Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and customer services skills
Professional, respectful, punctual, honest and dependable
Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers, as well as work independently when needed.
Highly-organized with ability to multi-task
Great decision making skills
Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and computer knowledge/skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
