Milgard is seeking Production/Warehouse Workers to join our team in Simi Valley, CA. As a Production/Warehouse Worker, you will have the opportunity to play an integral role in a variety of production, shipping and warehousing job tasks for the leading window manufacturer in the Western United States.
This is a 1st Shift opportunity starting at 5am with possible mandatory overtime as required.

The Warehouse/Production Worker is responsible for a multitude of functions within the department. Some key functions include:
Ensure the following commitments are met and improved upon: On-Time Delivery, Damages, and Units per Employee Hour, Safety, and Housekeeping.
Adheres to all facets of safety policies and procedures.

Viable candidates will possess 1 -2 years of prior work experience.
Working in the warehouse does require prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling - as well as hand dexterity and strength. May be required to frequently lift up to 75 pounds. Work is performed in a warehouse facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.
