We are seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Estimator/Machinist/Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in CNC manufacturing, an understanding of quality requirements in manufacturing processes, proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Accurately estimate the cost and time required for manufacturing projects based on customer specifications, materials, and machining processes.
2. Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of CNC machining techniques, tools, and equipment to evaluate project feasibility and propose efficient manufacturing solutions.
3. Ensure all manufacturing processes meet quality standards and customer requirements, including adherence to GD&T principles.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders from inception to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
5. Work closely with engineering, production, and quality control teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and resolve any technical issues that may arise during manufacturing.
6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the manufacturing department.
REQUIREMENTS
1. CNC Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining, programming, and operation.
2. Estimation Skills: Proficiency in estimating manufacturing costs and lead times accurately.
3. Quality Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality requirements and standards in manufacturing, including GD&T principles.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.
WOULD CONSIDER TRAINING A QUALITY CONTROL PROFESSIONAL WITH EXPERIENCING IN INSPECTION.
