Bonus incentives for exceptional performance
Plaintiffs’ personal injury firm, Hiepler & Hiepler, seeks an experienced paralegal to handle civil litigation duties. Qualified candidates likely have 4+ years of experience at a civil litigation firm. Paralegal Certificate is a plus but is not required in lieu of relevant experience.

Duties/Essential Functions:
Prepare Excel spreadsheets for damages.
Interact with clients, court staff, opposing counsel and staff, experts, and third parties.
Maintain the firm’s litigation calendar (Experience with Abacus a plus)
Coordinate attorneys’ meetings with clients, experts, etc.
Respond to and propound written discovery for attorney review
Prepare pleadings and documents for court filing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excell, Abacus, and Westlaw
