Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Pool Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of residential and commercial swimming pools. This role requires a strong understanding of pool maintenance, chemical balancing, and customer service.
Duties:
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, emptying baskets and brushing.
Test and balance pool chemicals to ensure water quality and safety.
Inspect pool equipment for proper functioning and report any issues.
Clean filters and Salt Cells
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and chemicals used within the Skimmer App.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the office and back.
Clean driving record (Company truck provided to drive to each stop)
Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment preferred.
Have a working smart phone to use the Skimmer App each day.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Available to work Monday - Friday from approx. 7 am - 4 pm.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
