Villanova Preparatory School has a full-time light maintenance/custodian/ landscaping position. Duties include general cleaning of buildings and grounds, minor maintenance tasks, and basic lawn and garden care.
This position is available immediately.
Requirements:
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Perform tasks requiring intermittent bending stooping, and walking.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work well when supervisors are not present.
Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning and other janitorial work.
Ability to use basic cleaning and landscaping equipment safely.
Satisfactory clearance on background check from California Department of Justice and the FBI.
Regular hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional overtime required.
Compensation $18-20 per hour. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), paid time off (sick, holiday, vacation), and 403(b) retirement plan.
