We are seeking a reliable and skilled maintenance professional to join our team on a part-time basis. This position plays a key role in supporting the overall upkeep, safety, and functionality of our school facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of buildings and grounds
Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs
Oversee landscape maintenance
Oversee custodial operations
Address maintenance needs and implement maintenance requests promptly
Support scheduled safety drills and checks
Assist with maintenance-related projects throughout the year
Report any unusual concerns to the Director of Operations
Support school events through set up, breakdown, and general assistance.
Provide occasional assistance in the school garden
Requirements
Work experience in the field
Proficiency with common hand and power tools (hammers, saw, drills, etc.)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, with occasional heavier lifting
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
