Competitive Pay: Earn $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, BOE.
Full Time Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday (Occasional weekend work)

oversee the procurement of necessary parts and services.
Vendor Relations: Act as the primary contact for all vendors, ensuring smooth installations, maintenance, and
repairs.
Daily Operations: Lead interoffice mail runs, handle bank deposits, run errands, and assist with various departmental
tasks.
Warehouse Duties: Maintain warehouse cleanliness, manage recycling, supervise deliveries, and keep inventory.
Building Maintenance: Ensure all building exits are clear, maintain cleanliness in the garage, perform minor repairs,
and handle lighting and supply needs.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Background in janitorial and facilities maintenance.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to staff and
vendors. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook is needed.
Safety First: Ability to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
Multitasking Pro: Skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks and working efficiently.
Driving Skills: Some tasks require driving the company van and box truck, so a clean driving record is essential.
