Job Description: As an X-ray Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray equipment. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare patients for X-ray procedures and explain the process.
-Operate X-ray equipment to capture images of the body.
-Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures.
-Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs.
-Collaborate with radiologists to interpret X-ray results.
-Adhere to all safety protocols and radiation protection standards.
-Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on equipment.
Qualifications:
Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) or equivalent.
Valid California limited X-ray Technician license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
