A Durable Medical Equipment company is seeking motivated, trustworthy, and responsible candidates for the position of Field Service Representative.
Responsibilities will include following:
-Deliver, set up, and provide patient education for DME while providing superior customer service.
-Formulate trustworthy relationships with clients.
-Discern client’s needs; offer advice and/or recommendations.
-Communicate effectively and efficiently with office staff.
-Maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
-Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
-High school grad or equivalent.
-Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Ability to recognize vehicle maintenance needs.
-Bilingual preferred.
