$150/week 8 hours in thousand oaks
SCHEDULE:
2 hours monday
3 hours Wednesday
2 hours friday
1 hour used for communication via text/phone with PT or any nurses needing to come be on schedule.
⁃ Schedule appointments
⁃ Schedule dial a rides for appointments 2 weeks in advance
⁃ Keep white boards up to date with clear notes of appointments and rides
⁃ Organize meds for the week
⁃ Order or pick up any meds when needed
⁃ Get father in law motivated to walk and do stretches when with him
⁃ Light house keeping (vacum, clean toliet/shower, change his sheets weekly)
⁃ Companionship, plays games or music
