Position: Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
Status: Part-Time/Full-Time

Located in Ventura, CA, we are a licensed detox and residential facility supporting individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Responsibilities (not limited to):
Perform intake assessments.
Create individualized treatment plans for each client.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients.
Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment methods for individuals, couples, and families facing substance abuse and mental health challenges.
Implement behavior management techniques.
Manage caseload and scheduling.
Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of client information, treatment plans, and progress.
Regularly review and revise treatment plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide crisis management and intervention.
Perform 1:1, couples, group sessions, and case management for mental health and substance use disorder clients.
Attend and participate in all supervision meetings.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in MFT, psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
Current work in progress towards obtaining California license for LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
At least 1 year experience treating adults/substance abuse and/or mental health.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid California Driver's License, access to reliable transportation, provide evidence of vehicle insurance, and be insurable under the company’s insurance policy.
Criminal background clearance & maintenance.
Drug screening clearance & maintenance.
TB screening.
Current First and CPR certification.
Must have demonstrated ability and prior experience working with minimum supervision and high levels of responsibility in highly stressful situations.
Experience working with diverse client populations and clinical presentations.
Must be available to meet the demands of the positions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in treatment facilities for drug and alcohol.
Experience with KIPU.
Compensation:
$38.00/Hour-$45.00/Hour (Depending on Experience)
