Latitude34 has an opening for a Restaurant Manager. As a manager, you will oversee all aspects of our restaurant’s daily operations.
The Ideal Candidate will have a proven track record in the restaurant industry delivering exceptional customer experience and service, with a talent to motivate and lead your team.
Minimum 2 years management experience in a full-service, high-volume, culinary-focused restaurant, with outstanding leadership.
Proven organizational skills and the ability to implement systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective operations.
Professional maturity and have a sense of urgency in completing tasks
Basic wine and mixology knowledge
Knowledge of Toast POS systems is preferred but not required.
