LINE cook Responsibilities include:
Lead daily preparation of food items and station management
cooking/preparation/plating consistency
Create personalized and memorable guest experiences
Help each shift run as efficiently as possible

PREP cook Responsibilities include:

Minimize waste and maximize cost/production ratio
Ensure food is stored appropriately to prevent spoilage
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen
Follow prep lists created by chefs
Measure ingredients and seasonings
Organize kitchen, walk-in coolers and storage areas
PREP cook Requirements
High School diploma

Strong teamwork and communication skill
pay based on capability and experience level. starting pay range including gratuity $21 and UP. dependent on experience
