This is a very unique position for the right person with various skills in the culinary world . Hoping to find a person with the right mix of food preparation skills & front of house operations skills as well - for better understanding the back of the house as well as the FOH service part of the job as well (looking for 5-10 years of experience).
After all this will be a FOH management position . We cook 90% from scratch - serve 1100-1200 meals a day in a private setting for one of the worlds premiere food service operations
This position would be supervising/managing a big crew to serve food in the daily operations within the confines of California health code and a very comprehensive Safety program - in addition to running a sometimes busy catering op. at the same time .
