As a Supervisor at Pincha Boba, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment and maintaining the highest standards of service. Your main responsibilities include:
Team Leadership and Support:
You'll be the guiding force for our team of baristas and cashiers. Leading by example, you'll provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure our team members are delivering outstanding customer service. Your ability to foster a positive work environment will contribute to a strong team dynamic.
Operational Excellence:
You'll work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This includes overseeing the opening and closing procedures, coordinating staff schedules, and monitoring inventory levels. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency of our tea cafe.
Customer Service Excellence:
As a Supervisor, you'll uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service. You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure that each customer receives a memorable experience. Training and Development:

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Must have previous supervisory or leadership experience in a food and beverage establishment including food service certification.
A genuine passion for tea and a deep understanding of its nuances.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both customers and team members.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in the Toast POS system.
Ensure compliance with food handler laws.
Must be able to pass criminal background check.
