CAD/Revit Student Wanted – As-Built Drafting ($300 per project)
Compensation: $300 per project
Employment Type: Part-time / Contract
Location: Ventura County (remote OK, local preferred)
We are looking for a junior college or community college student with basic–intermediate AutoCAD or Revit skills to help create as-built drawings for residential and small commercial properties.
This is a great opportunity to build real drafting experience and add professional work to your portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Draft accurate as-built floor plans in AutoCAD or Revit
Use provided measurements/photos or visit job sites (if local)
Update drawings per field notes and markups
Submit final PDFs + CAD/Revit files
Requirements:
Enrolled in a drafting, architecture, engineering, or related program
Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit
Ability to read basic construction plans
Detail-oriented and reliable
Local site visits a plus but not required
Compensation:
