Amergis Educational Services is hiring Para Educators (Classroom Aides) & experienced Behavioral Technicians for the current 2024/2025 School Year in Thousand Oaks, CA!
Para Educator Role:
Entry level position, previous experience not required
Working 1:1 or in small groups with mild special needs students
Either on call or Monday – Friday, roughly 28 – 32 hours per week depending on placement
Now - June 2025, with potential to return the following school year
Placement with students anywhere from Preschool – High School (or adult education ages 18 – 22)
$18 an hour
Weekly paycheck
Must be ok with toileting and diapering
Eligibility to opt into Amergis Health Insurance, 401k and other various benefits
Behavior Technician Role
Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral needs required
Working 1:1 with moderate/severe special needs students
Either on call or Monday – Friday, roughly 28 – 32 hours per week depending on placement
Now - June 2025, with potential to return the following school year
Placement with students anywhere from Preschool – High School (or adult education ages 18 – 22)
$25 an hour
Weekly paycheck
Must be ok with toileting and diapering
Eligibility to opt into Amergis Health Insurance, 401k and other various benefits
