Local manufacturing company is seeking a Call Center Representative who will be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound calls and the creation/maintenance of our customer database.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
$19.00 - $22.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the creation of the customer database.
Gather accurate and complete data for potential customers to build viable profiles within the Customer Relation Management (CRM) system.
Make outbound calls, which will be measured by daily targets/KPI.
Gather data via outbound calls and internet searches following written work instructions/procedures.
Accurately enter data into database.
Assist team in getting current deliverables in a timely manner.
Develop, or update existing, training materials and support the team to deliver training to end-users.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong background in data entry
Prior experience in a call center environment or comfortable making outbound cold calls
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with CRM or ERP programs a plus!
