We are looking for a candidate to serve as a Performance Manager, representing the company’s and client’s interests as a liaison. The candidate will have oversight and be responsible for driving the legal process and performance with several vendor law firms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable helping vendor firms assertively pursue litigation strategies by assisting with media support, file review, resolution discussions, and timely escalation of important issues. The applicant should be comfortable working with attorney and non-attorney firm management via regular daily contact and formalized weekly performance calls.

Aptitude in identifying and resolving issues in file resolution and litigation timeliness
Ability to track and report on daily and monthly collection metrics
Drafting and analytical skills to update and develop new operational procedures
Knowledge of the legal process to be able to manage a case through litigation.
