ADMISSIONS AND OUTREACH DIRECTOR
Minimum Qualifications: At least three years experience working in business development, program management, admissions and marketing in a mental health field, preferably alcohol and drug treatment; reduction in experience accepted by individuals with a clinical background (counseling, social work, psychology, clinical psychology, human services, etc)

Basic Function: Serve as the face and first contact for clients and significant others/loved ones to the programming, structure and offerings of Good Heart Recovery; complete pre-admission requirements for entry including pre-screenings and financial responsibilities; serve as the liaison between the facility and the local communities and as the relationship builder between mental health resources and Good Heart programming.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online/live chats using discussed terminology that accurately represents the facility and its programming, staff, and mission statement
Never utilize unethical or illegal means to obtain incoming clients or further leads
Screen potential clients for appropriateness and level of need using our pre-assessment
Educate community, relationships, and potential client and family members about program and
services offered
Discuss cost-payment options and collect payment
Complete intake paperwork and orientation with incoming clients or coordinate with program
director regarding time, day and process of intake and orientation
Conduct initial interview with client to ensure they meet admission criteria
Oversee intake/admission process whenever necessary
Develop and maintain business relationships with external contacts
Tour prospective clients (and set up tours with management staff if unavailable) as well as
adding to our creative marketing vision through analysis of incoming call demographics
Meet client upon admission to program and follow their general care through to graduation
Support in the transfer of clients to another facility when needed
Sign and date intake and admissions paperwork with client
Provide copies of admissions agreement to client
Orient client to program and facility upon admission
Manage and maintain Customer Relationship System (CRM) through contact update and note
generation for upper management viewing
Represent program accurately at all times
Complete and sent out tracking and update document daily throughout the week
Hours range 30-40 hours a week; salary position.
Office is open Monday-Friday, 9:30am-4:30pm
Position will be remote with certain designated times in-office for meetings, tours, intakes, etc.
