Sr Manager, Finance Transformation

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and analytical Sr Manager, Finance Transformation, to join our Studio Finance Transformation Team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives that integrate new technologies, foster innovation, optimize processes, and establish best practices within the Studio Group Finance function. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or Controllership, coupled with exceptional project management skills. You will lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects focused on transforming finance functions, optimizing financial systems, and driving process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Lead and execute finance transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, on time, and on budget. Align project outcomes with the strategic goals of the finance organization Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with finance leadership, FP&A, Controllership, and other business units to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with financial goals Financial Expertise: Apply strong financial knowledge from FP&A or Controllership to shape project outcomes, including designing and implementing improved forecasting, reporting, and financial control processes Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring potential issues are addressed early Analytical Excellence: Utilize strong analytical skills to dissect complex financial data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decision-making to improve project outcomes and finance processes Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and transformation goals Process Improvement: Continuously assess finance processes and systems, leading initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial transparency Reporting & Communication: Provide clear, consistent updates on project status, financial performance, and risks to senior finance leadership and other stakeholders Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to the transformation, ensuring smooth transitions in finance systems and processes across the organization Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure timely delivery of project components and adherence to financial goals Technical Expertise: Stay current on finance technology trends, tools, and best practices to advise leadership on emerging opportunities.
