Manager, Mail Services

NBCUniversal is looking for a Mail Services Manager for our Facilities Operations and Engineering team in Universal City, CA. You will work with all divisions of West Coast Studio Operations team and directly oversee a vendor team managing all aspects of Mailroom operations across the Los Angeles Campus.What You’ll Do…Supervise, train, and manage mailroom staff to ensure efficient operations and enhance their skills and performanceOwn all things budget performance, performance dashboards, metrics and reporting for the West Coast Studio Operations Facilities Ops & Eng departmentOversee the sorting, distribution, and dispatching of incoming and outgoing mail and packagesDevelop and implement procedures to improve mailroom efficiency and accuracyDrive a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction and continuously improve the employee experience.  Create regular reports for internal teams and clients to help set expectations and drive performanceCollaborate with team members to collect and analyze data, and create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findingsWork with business partners such as Security and HR to deliver a seamless operationWork with Finance team to understand labor, materials, and vendor cost trends - identify cost drivers and recommend mitigation opportunitiesMaintain a safe and secure work environment, ensuring staff adhere to protocols and obtain required training and certificationsMaintain a strong working knowledge of all contract service agreements to ensure proper compliance
