Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Supply Chain Coordinator role in Torrance, CA.Pay rate $23/hrThe Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations between Operations, Sales, Outside Vendors, and Customer Service departments. This role involves coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information to support project and operational goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and implementation of projects. Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information. Liaise with functional leads to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.Communication: Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants including external vendors. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Prepare and distribute project-related reports and documentation.Resource Management: Coordinate and prioritize resources with functional leads as needed. Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise. Ensure all projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.Administrative Duties: Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports. Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.Problem-Solving: Identify and communicate any issues or problems that may arise during project execution. Implement solutions to keep projects on track.Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office software and ERP system solutions (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word, MS D365 or similar).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
