Customer Service Representative- Customs Brokerage Chinese Speaking

Position Schedule:  Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4:30 PMMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesA Brokerage CSR will be expected to ensure timely and accurate operations while providing exceptional customer service within the Brokerage Department.Ability to communicate in Chinese is required, reading Chinese preferredEnsure a smooth and timely customs process flow for all customs related activitiesDaily execution of workflow and department metricsTransfer declaration information from commercial documents, or other sources into our customs entry systemAccurate and timely data entry to allow for the build of a complete US Customs declarationBuild and maintain strong relationships with the customers and government organizationsEnsure compliance to regulations at all times, both internal and externalTrack and Trace shipments for valid data transmission to US customs and Partner Government AgenciesUnderstand customer expectation to ensure all the elements of the SOP and KPI’s are metIdentify and manage exceptions while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvementEffectively manage and organize emails for timely follow up
