Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Consultant with profound knowledge in ADP Workforce Now for our client in public works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful set up and implementation of ADP Workforce Now payroll solutions in our client's organization, ensuring a smooth transition in processes and systems. This role can be done remote. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of ADP Workforce Now implementation including configuration, customization, and training
Provide end-to-end project management, from the initial planning, through to the successful execution and sign-off.
Act as the key point of contact and liaison between the client and ADP
Develop and facilitate training for employees and payroll staff
Test and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process
Continually monitor the system to ensure it is functioning as intended and make any necessary adjustments
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
-Extensive ADP WFN experience and implementation
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
