We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in the important role in our warehouse.
Our growing business is need of a Warehouse Associate in the Reno area. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.
Schedule
Full Time, Non-Exempt- Hours of work 7:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. or 7:30 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. (additional over time may be required)

Primary Responsibilities
Receiving and documenting merchandise.
Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
Managing multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner.
Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
Handling all merchandise with appropriate care.
Assisting with training of newly employed workers.
Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
Work independently and productively while maintaining open communication with others.
Regular attendance and timeliness.
Perform other duties as assigned or otherwise identified.
Attributes of a Strong Candidate:
High school degree or equivalent
2 year’s previous experience in a warehouse preferred
Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Capacity to work independently
High attention to detail and monitors quality/quantity of inventory
Organized and able to store items efficiently
Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state
Valid driver’s license preferred
Forklift license/experience is a plus!
Ability to satisfy position contingencies such as criminal background check, drug test, and Motor Vehicle Report
