Fuddhism is hiring a lead Line/Prep cook for our morning shifts. Make food that you love to cook, and help us design and execute fun and interesting dishes.
Candidates must have at least two years’ experience and a decent knowledge of global cuisine. Passion for cooking is a must, along with an interest in learning new techniques and ingredients from all over the world.
Responsibilities:
Receive and check daily produce/meat/dry goods orders
Execute daily breakfast and lunch shifts
Complete daily prep
Collaborate on menu design and execution
And sometimes…wash dishes
