The Inside Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the Marketing and Inside Sales teams. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt assistance to potential customers by quickly and effectively addressing their needs and taking advantage of opportunities to exceed client expectations. You will be responsible for accurately entering all account information for sales generated by designated team members. Potential for future progression into a sales role if earned and desired.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Answer multi-line phone system in a timely, friendly, professional manner. Answers and screens incoming calls to ascertain nature of call and take appropriate action.

Receive inquiries from prospective clients; perform appropriate paperwork/data entry about opportunity and forward to sales or service personnel.

Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Commercial Account Reps.

Accurately and efficiently input sales leads & record follow-up notes in the appropriate company system.

Conduct client telephone surveys to determine client satisfaction.

Manage lead message dashboards and all responsibilities associated.

Assist in lead and sales report sorting and distribution.

Place outbound inquiries for residential accounts receivable according to protocol; to include payment status requests, communication with technician and customer for credit status, etc.

Provide support for branch administrative teams when needed including but not limited to; logbook maintenance, filing, reporting, and data entry.

Requirements:

Ability to pass drug screening and background check.

Stable job history with minimum 1 years’ experience in customer service.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and professional phone mannerism.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Detailed orientated, diligently checks work, notices errors or inconsistencies.

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience in service industry is a plus.
