The Human Resources Director is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Human Resource processes and policies to ensure that the Club can recruit, retain, and develop the most qualified individuals available to provide the highest levels of services.

This senior-level thought partner will assist in formulating strategic HR functions across the organization to deliver value-added services to the Club’s Management and Ambassador teams that reflect the current and future business objectives. The HRD maintains an effective level of business literacy about Martis Camp’s labor and Ambassador benefits budgets, long-term employment forecast and strategy, organizational culture, and recruitment and retention efforts.
