A well-established company in the building materials industry is looking for a full-time Architectural Sales Representative to join the team in Sun Valley, CA . In this role, you will promote products to architects, specifiers, designers, engineers, and other professionals within the AEC community. You will serve as a trusted resource, providing technical guidance and ensuring our products are specified in various projects.Responsibilities:
Provide technical and specification support to design professionals, ensuring our products align with project needs.
Conduct educational sessions on product use and applicability.
Represent the company at industry events, association meetings, and trade shows.
Monitor market trends, building codes, and technical advancements related to our products.
Generate project information for sales leads.
Participate in the development of design and specification resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Architecture/Engineering preferred but not required) or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related experience in architectural sales, product specification, or technical consulting.
Experience with Trimble SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, and BIM processes is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Work Environment Physical Demands:
Office-based role with regular travel to client sites and industry events.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs when required.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, on-site position offering a competitive salary between $75K - $100K, based on experience.
