[Program Manager: Google Cloud Workspace & GeoE]Project Description:- The Google Workspace Center of Excellence drives our overall Google Workspace go-to-market. You will lead coordination and execution with Regional account teams, other Google organizations and Google Cloud Leadership. You will also establish, institutionalize and scale processes and templates. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the SaaS collaboration and productivity platform market.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the senior business executive responsible for leading and working with large, complex Google Workspace-led accounts.- Understand the business models and incentives for other Google/Alphabet business units and create alignment for these business units with the agreement structure.- Work with the Regional account team to build and execute plans aligned with the strategy.- Develop a comprehensive pricing strategy and validate the technology and customer risk reduction strategy.Skill/Experience/Education:Mandatory:- 5+ years of experience in a Sales role or equivalent experience in a customer facing technical/engineering or consulting role.- Experience with C-level executives. Relevant experience working with a SaaS sales organization, with an understanding of collaboration and productivity solutions. Demonstrated experience leading large-scale programs and influencing cross-functionally without authority. Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, understand and work with complex customer environments.
