Role Overview
We're looking for a personable, persuasive, and passionate Sales Representative in Bay Area , Central Valley and Sacramento area to serve as the frontline ambassador of PTTR Load Board. You’ll introduce our platform to local shippers and brokers, build relationships from scratch, and spark momentum for industry-wide transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Visit local shippers, brokers, warehouses, and distribution centers to introduce PTTR Load Board
Educate logistics professionals on platform features, benefits, and how we simplify freight operations
Represent PTTR at industry events, trade shows, and professional networking gatherings
Maintain active communication with prospects to nurture interest and drive platform adoption
Offer demos, walk-throughs, and onboarding support to newly joined partners
Provide valuable field feedback to the internal team to enhance platform performance and outreach strategy
Be the visible presence of PTTR Load Board in Central Valley and Bay Area and build trust through consistent engagement
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, logistics, or client-facing roles (freight, shipping, or load board familiarity preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated self-starter who thrives with autonomy
Strong interpersonal skills and a relationship-building mindset
Comfortable navigating the Bay Area and Central Valley Area to meet logistics professionals in person
Organized, dependable, and committed to long-term growth
