Major Responsibilities
Diagnoses, rebuilds, and repairs vehicles and equipment.
Performs inspections and preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
Prepares and maintains records and reports, such as daily vehicle inspections.
Provides road service.
Ensure the PMs are performed according to state and federal standards.
Assist fleet attendants as needed.
May act as lead person in supervisor’s absence.
Understand and follow company contract requirements.
Work area maintained according to OSHA regulations.
Perform repair on accident vehicles as needed.
Additional job duties can be assigned as needed.
Required Education and Experience2 years or more verifiable experience and/or training in vehicle/construction equipment repair and maintenance shop or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsASE Certified preferred
Must possess a valid Driver’s license.
