Box Truck Driver – Northern California
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Box Truck Driver to operate primarily in Northern California. The job will mostly involve dock-to-dock deliveries with palletized freight. You should be proficient in using a liftgate, pallet jack, and securing freight with straps. Patience is also key, as you will sometimes need to wait during pickups and drop-offs.
Job Description:
Loading and unloading freight at designated locations
Safely transporting freight from customer pickup to drop-off
Interacting directly with customers
Maintaining accurate records in accordance with company standards
No fixed lane – Pickups and deliveries can range from the Bay Area to Stockton or Sacramento
No driver assist in most cases. If the job requires driver assist, you will need to provide it
Full-time availability is a must – Cancelling a load will result in a $250 fine and could lead to termination
Job Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Eligible to work in the US
Proficiency in using a smartphone and pallet jack
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Minimum 2 years of trucking experience with a valid US Driver License
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) – Only apply if you have no accident record
No criminal record – Only apply if you have a clean background
Flexible availability including weekends if required
Access to personal parking space
Patient demeanor during pickups and drop-offs

If the market improves, the pay will increase too.

Payments are directly deposited into your bank account weekly every Wednesday.
Weekly invoices must be submitted by Monday for work completed between Sunday 12:00 AM and Saturday 11:59 PM.

Straps, blankets, pallet jack, lift gate, 360-degree camera, GPS tracker
Job Type:
Full-time, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends as needed)
Shifts are typically 10 hours, depending on workload
