Brisk Commercial Construction (BCC) specializes in Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) industries as an installer of booths, tables, countertops, stainless steel, décor packages relating to new construction and remodel work for major restaurant chains like Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Applebee’s, Amy’s Drive thru and many more. BCC’s work is not limited to QSR’s and extends to other customers as well.
BCC is seeking a motivated, self-starter, quality driven individual with leadership skills who can manage and run multiple projects as a working Supervisor/Foreman with the following attributes:
1. Familiar with basic construction schedules/workflows.
2. Manage job site safety protocols, meeting safety compliance requirements. (OSHA training cert helpful, OSHA 10 & 30 helpful)
3. Ability to manage and adjust project personnel schedules based on project(s) needs.
4. Manage material delivery schedules.
5. Forward thinking to ensure crews have items needed to complete projects eliminating downtime due to not having proper tools, materials, or clear direction of expectations.
6. Team builder and problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent communications skills.
8. Rough and finish carpentry skills.
9. Ceramic Tile removal and replacement (not necessary but helpful).
10. Other construction related skills helpful as well such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical.
11. Flexible and open to adjusting focus, based on customer’s needs.
The above is a minimum list of what BCC is looking for, the main focus would be on an individual who wants to be appreciated for there efforts when deserved, going the extra mile to complete projects on time, develop customer relations through unrelenting quality and relationship building.
Qualifications:
1. Ability to accurately read blueprints, drawings and specifications to fully grasp project needs and requirements.
2. Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment used for both rough and finish carpentry.
3. Well organized.
4. Basic computer skills in Excel, Word. Familiar with digital plan platforms and communications through mobile devices such as mobile phone and tablet technologies.
5. Able to travel at times and stay out of town as needed (Mainly No. CA & Central Valley. Some out of state work)
6. Dependable transportation (company vehicle provided after probation period)
7. Provide basic hand tools to perform jobs, large tools provided by BCC.
8. Living in Stockton or nearby surrounding cities.
BCC provides paid travel time, mileage, hotels and per diem. Applicants must have a clean DMV and or be approved by our insurance carrier. Dependable transportation, ability to arrive at work on time and prepared to work is a must.
Compensation:
Negotiable - based on interview and skill sets that are brought to BCC. BCC pays hourly with OT, however this is negotiable based on talents, skill sets and management background.
